Apartment is occupied by two other extremely helpful and chilled out gentlemen, both working nearby. No interference from owner at all and the flatmates respect privacy. The house is well furnished by the owner with very good lighting and cross ventilation. Fully functioning kitchen with kitchenware available, washing machine, gas stove, microwave, unlimited fast wifi, LED TV, sofa set, dining table, etc. are already present - either owner provided, on rent, or purchased.
The room also has a table, a revolving chair with washable cover & chair pillow, and an orient electric desert cooler - any or all can be purchased separately from me if you want at move out prices.

Maintenance is paid quarterly and split by 3 based on actuals.
Refundable security deposit: 75k
Maid: 2.1k/month your share (once a day)
Cook: 3.5k/month your share (2-3 times a day)

Prestige Shantiniketan is one of the premium societies in Whitefield with great swimming pools, gym, club house, power backup, security, department store, sports grounds, etc. inside the campus. Walking distance from Nexus Shantiniketan Mall, Hoodi/ITPL metro stations. Very well connected and an excellent campus to call home. I'm moving to a different city hence vacating the apartment.
