I have rented a 2bhk flat in sector 22 near Gurudwara and shifting from 1st January and now looking for a Male flatmate (Vegetarian) to share an individual room. This is an independent & Specious house with an open car parking and covered parking for 2 wheeler or a small four wheeler. I am having video of flat but Facebook is not allowing due to some memory constraints. House is located 10 min walking distance from sector 22 Huda market, 5 minutes walking to auto stand, 2 min walking to Gurudwara. 15 min travel to Cyber hub. Amenities - • 2 Double box beds ( without mattress) • 2 Almirah • Curtains • Fridge • Geyser • Fully automatic washing machine & 32" LED ( it is mine but we can share together) • One extra room which can be used as a hall or a guest room. Both rooms are quite big and having a big opening backside for wet cloths hanging Total rent of flat is 15000 and it will be divided between both of us. Electricity and water charges are seperate as per government meters. I am an Engineer working in an MNC company located at DLF phase 3 and looking for a working guy
