The Flat is fully furnished with Television, Bed, Mattress, Sofa, Fridge, Washing Machine, Geyser, etc. Looking for a person who does not smoke or drink at home (so preference to non-smokers & non-alcoholic people). Non-veg is not allowed to be cooked at home. Age preference between 22-30. The room which is available has a dedicated Bathroom (but not attached). The rent of the flat is 22k (22k /2) for the whole Flat. Plus monthly expenses of Electricity, Wi-fi, RO, etc. One time setup cost will be around 3k.
