A cupboard, geyser and other basic amenities is available. The flat is on the 9th floor, and has a breezy, spacious balcony with a great view. The kitchen is very well set up with mixers, inductions, gas stove, vessels and an air fryer too. We have been setting up the living room slowly, and are open to any requirements you may have. The flat is part of a big, gated society called Platinum City and is a 2 min walk away from Peenya Metro Station. The property manager and colony is really chill and we have faced no interference at all. The building hosts many bachelors, and also has hostels and PGs. Rent- Rs 10,000 (including maintenance costs) Deposit- Rs 50,000 (Both are non-negotiable) Electricity+ water: Rs. 2000 approx (to be equally divided in 3) Set up cost- Rs. 5000 (one time charge- negotiable if you're coming with things to add to the house/kitchen) Wifi- Rs. 800 each (once in 3 months) Maid- Rs.600 each per month We also have a cook coming for dinner, but can discuss this as per requirements. No brokerage or anything like that. Ideal moving in date- 1st April, 2023. About Us- Me and Shubham (2nd flatmate) both work at IKEA, Nagasanadra as Space Designers. We have been living in this flat from May, 2022 and are looking to extend our contract for another 11 months starting April 2023. We have no real rules, restrictions. Keep the common areas clean and all is chill. We also do have friends and family coming over once in a while . You will always be welcome to join.
