It is well-ventilated and has a dedicated washroom. It's in a gated society with security and power back-up. It's close to all basic amenities and the place is very happening! Rent is 13K for my room (including maintenance) and Deposit (refundable) is 1 Lac (33.33K each). We have a cook and maid for a total of 8K (2.66K each). I have already bought a bed and sofa. You can either buy it from me or pay additional rent for the furnishings. My remaining flatmates both work in the IT sector with reputed firms. No CHAT.
