I have booked with a token amount in Nestaway with a move in date on 05/08/2023. 2.) 3BHK Room 1 – Bedroom with attached washroom (Taken) Room 2 – Bedroom with dedicated washroom (WITH WARDROBE) Room 3 – Bedroom with dedicated washroom (NO WARDROBE) 3.) Planning to rent only 1 room (Room 2). Because the other room has no wardrobe. So, planning to keep it common for friends and families when visiting. 4.) In my current requirement Your share would be 16K, including maintenance. I am covering 19K. NOTE – Incase if you bring a friend of yours to adjust with room 3, then the rent share would be Room 1 – 14K Room 2 – 11K Room 3 – 10K 4.) The appliances have to be rented and shared among us.
