2BHK Furnished Sharing Flat for Girls in Malad East, Mumbai
Posted by : Gaurav Pandey URGENT! I am looking for a female flatmate for a luxurious 2BHK flat in a newly constructed hotel-like building. The building is the tallest in the area and has seven floors of parking space, as well as luxurious amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, and garden on the terrace - all free for two years. The flat is currently empty but includes basic amenities such as a geyser, lights, fan, and modular kitchen (with a gas pipeline that will be available in a month). The location is in Malad East near Kurar Metro Station (1.5kms from the building). I need a flatmate immediately, Rent for single occupancy is 30k, while double occupancy is 40k (20k each), with a refundable deposit. No CHAT. Please call me directly if you are interested.
