The flat has 2 seperate balcony attached to both bedrooms, also it has dry balcony & Covered parking for car & bike. The total rent is 22/2 including maintenance and 50/2 deposite(Refundable) also their is a broker charges which has to be paid 14/2 (the broker has not taken 1 month rent) also the rent need to be paid in advance for the current month.
