( U will get a side table and a drying stand and cupboard) Rent: 20k Deposit: 75k One time Setup cost:9k (for stove, and half of furniture in the living room) I am a non-vegetarian Refrigerator- 500 per month Washing machine- 500 per month Maid to be kept (owner's preference), Utility bills to be split (electricity, water, etc) equally. The owner wants people who stay long term. Kindly visit only if you plan to stay atleast a year. The rental agreement will reflect this and leaving prior to that will cause significant deductions in deposit returns. Non- smokers preferred, not pet-friendly.
