The occupancy is immediately available. The flat is in J. B. Nagar, Andheri East. It is: - 4 mins walking distance from Chakala/ J.B. Nagar metro station. - 10-12 mins walking distance from MIDC. - 7-8 mins from WEH. - 7 mins from International Airport. All of us are working individuals and there is only 1 restriction that no non-veg food is allowed in the flat. Being said that, we are looking for someone who can vibe along with us as we often like to chill out. Location: Amar Niketan, near Piramal Garden and post office, JB nagar, Andheri East Maid's share, electricity and other basic charges are excluded from rent. No CHAT.
