Hey guys, We are looking for a fourth flatmate (no bar on gender) for our duplex 4BHK flat in Indiranagar (gated society) - right next to the Indira metro station. We are moving into the flat starting in January once the renovations are completed. Rent starts from 1st of Jan. Details on flat and room - The room is spacious and comes with a huge window and a dedicated washroom right outside the room. It is a fully furnished flat (microwave, fridge, wifi, etc as well) and we are getting it repainted. The flat is spacious with multiple balconies in the house. There are two rooms on the ground floor and two on the first floor - with each floor having its own living area. Brief on the flatmates - One of us is working at Flint, a crypto startup as a product manager. The second flatmate is a PM at Unacademy and the third flatmate is a front-end dev at Unacademy. Financials - Rent is total 80K per month, we’ll figure out a split for the four of us so roughly ~20K per month. The deposit is 300K/4 ~ 75K per person. Brokerage 75K/4 ~ 18.75K Home Culture - We are super chill guys, we are looking to set up the place beautifully, throw a housewarming, have friends over from time to time, host networking parties, or just chill and we are looking for someone who matches the vibe. Accessibility - It is within walking distance from Indiranagar metro station, right around the 100 ft road.
