Hi I'm Avinash,Looking for a male flatmate to occupy single occupancy room(you'll be sharing the room with me) in a preoccupied semi furnished 2bhk.MOVE IN :JUNE 1ST It's a newly constructed stand alone building of 4floors.Our room is 403(4th floor) Total 2 bedrooms,one room already occupied by one person, the other room we both can share.Total rent=30k(including maintenance which includes watchman,lift and powerbackup 24*7water.) Rent:30k=15k(room #1 already occupied by one person)+7.5k+7.5k(room #2 which we both share) Security amount 15k(2months rent) which will be returned while you vacate no lockin period but you should inform 1month prior while you vacate so that we could find your replacement if not you're 1month rent 7.5k will be deducted(if you don't inform 1month prior) from 15k deposit and rest 7.5k will be returned. Brokerage 5k(total brokerage 1month rent 30k out of which 25k is already covered),you could get your brokerage back by finding a replacement while you vacate. Drinking Water charges(liv pure ro 6months subscription):2k applicable for 6months(monthly 300 for each of us), fridge and washing machine I have purchased rent will be 1k including fridge and washing machine.Brand new Matress i have purchased king size wakefit for which monthly rent is 500. Other costs:cook,monthly maid for cleaning,wifi,electricity,gas will be shared among 3 of us. -Flat is completely Ventilated from all the corners.And it's very calm and peaceful during night. -2bhk(2bath rooms,kitchenkitchen,hall) -car parking is already full so 2wheeler parking is a yes. Preferance:working male employee, Drinking and smoking inside the flat is not allowed can be done in the balcony. Loud music is not allowed,At 12am lights will be turned off in the bedroom so no talking loudly on the phone after 12am,Hygiene has to be strictly maintained,non veg can be cooked and consumed it's upto you.
