The room fits a queen-sized bed, a study table, a big wardrobe with an attached mirror, a chair and additional space for other stuff. The flat is located in a prime area in HSR layout, Sector 5. Situated within 5 min walking distance to Agara Lake, and a 2 min walking distance to the Ring Road, the apartment is highly accessible. Flat location: About the flat: It is a 3.5 BHK flat, with 2 other rooms already occupied. I am looking to rent out Feb onwards. The common area is already furnished with Sofa, 2 recliners, and a TV. The kitchen and utility are already set up - with a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, RO, and washing machine. The flat is in a serene, standalone building, with basic amenities such as an elevator, power backup, parking area and security. The location is close to Koramangla so weekends are almost sorted. The locality comes with a lot of greenery, and all amenities are within walking distance. Room rent: 19.5k per month, and an additional ~2k per month (for common furniture, and kitchen setup; can split this equally later) Deposit transfer- 1 Lakh Cost of Furnishing- DM for details (Total rent of the whole flat is 70k per month, we split the rent as: 19.5k for the three rooms (including mine), and 11k for the 4th room. The deposit is 5 month's rent) What more will you get? 1. Access to all streaming platforms on a large 42-inch TV 😉 2. Good cook and all required utensils in the kitchen.
