Posted by : Arpitha Sasanapuri Hi, I’m looking for 2 female flatmates to occupy 2 rooms with attached washrooms in a fully furnished 3BHK in Ickon Gardenia (semi gated community in a prime location) near Hoodi Circle from 1st week of April ( by 3rd April mostly) (furniture would be different from whatever is shown in the pictures, will upload actual photos once the setup is done) Amenities: Society has 24/7 security, power backup 2 parking lots 100m distance from main road and everything is easily accessible 300m from Hoodi metro station (recently opened) Falls under 4km radius from “Bagmane Constellation Business Park (BCBP)” and “International Tech Park (ITPB)” Phoenix mall, Nexus mall and many prime places around Flat Amenities: Flat is furnished with Sofa, Washing machine, Refrigerator, Gas Stove, Cylinder, Dining table, Beds (+ mattresses) and geysers in all the rooms and has modular kitchen Rooms are spacious and house is well ventilated There is a utility space and common balcony Each room has attached washroom, spacious wardrobes, full length mirror, bed and mattress Rent: 14k per person (including maintenance) Security Deposit: 33.5k per person Brokerage: 1 month rent All other expenses would be divided among us (wifi, maid, electricity, gas, water cans, etc…) Preferences: I’m looking for a non smoker, non drinker, no late night parties at home I’m a non vegetarian, no restrictions on veg/non-veg.
