Hey all, A single occupancy room in 2bhk is up for grabs in a standalone building in HBR layout 5th block from the 6th January. The room is semi-furnished and has attached washroom. I have occupied a room and the best part, owner is very chill. Looking for someone who is chill and can maintain basic cleanliness and hygiene (at least in the common areas). No restrictions whatsoever, as long as we respect each other's personal space. Also I am a non vegetarian. Would prefer someone who would be interested in setting up the living room. * Rent for the available room per head- 10.5k incl maintenance * Security deposit per head- 25k * Setup cost: Has to set up the whole flat together.
