The room is big with big hall and kitchen, having overall carpet area of 1666sqft. Location is good for individuals working in ecoworld, ecospace, Cessna business park, Wells Fargo, Oracle, JP Morgan etc in Bellandur. The society is good with all the basic amenities. It’s a steal deal at this price, fortunately we got this after one and half month struggle. Owner is very cool with no interference, unless u r disturbing the neighbours. We are looking for a responsible individual. Two of the rooms are already occupied by IT professionals. Flat will be available from 1st May, we are also shifting from 1st May. Flat is semi-furnished, having bed, light, fan, gas stove, induction and wardrobe. We have to setup the kitchen and other stuff. Setup cost will be equally divided among 3 / 4 members. Maid and cook are available in the society. If you are 2 people than you can stay in master bedroom with rent 20k including maintenance . And for single it is 15k(not master) including maintenance (excluding water, electricity and wifi bill). Deposit is 2 lac and will be split equally. The agreement will be of 11 months so we are looking for someone to stay long till agreement period.
