No major restrictions as such. The house has been fully setup by us over the course of two years and is ready to move in. The society has all the features you could ask for including a pool, gym, clubhouse, movie room, electricity backup and more! Very close to tech parks in Marathahalli, Bellandur, Sarjapur and even Indiranagar. Commercials being:- There will be some setup cost also involved for all the appliances and kitchen stuff we have bought, security deposit for all the rented things, and other things that we have bought for the house.
