We have been living in this flat for a year and our current flatmate is moving out. The advance will be 50k and the cost of appliances which our current flatmate has already paid will be 10k. The rent for that room will be 10.8k/month including maintenance. We already have most of the appliances like Fridge, Washing Machine, Mixer, Gas Stove, Internet, Dishes etc. The room will be available from 4th July.
