The room has attached cupboards and storehouse. The phenomenal 2bhk Duplex house is just situated opposite to the BTM lake. You see a very beautiful view of btm lake from the balcony and the terrace. The building was constructed just before 7 months and the flooring, the roofing and the interior is really appealing and unmatched at this rent. The house is very well equipped with all the needful requirements like RO , wifi, gas stove, utensils. A ready to move kind of place. Most important(because of bitter prior experience) I am seeking for a decent flatmate who just does who doesn't party often and respect eachothers personal preferences. I am not an introvert but I believe in keeping this place as a house and not dharamshala, that cluster of people keeps on visiting everyday. I believe in keeping the place clean and would expect the same from the other person. Playing music at a loud voice everytime, watching tv all the day, disturbs the work, hence it creates trouble.Earphones are the best solution. I have had experiences hence I thought of clarifying. PS- No one should be disturbing each other at any cost. Whatever one does should not disturb the other person.
