2 flatmates needed to occupy 2 rooms (other than master bedroom) in a 3 BHK flat of gated society on main road in Bellandur The society is right on the Outer Ring Road, and the balcony attached to living room overlooks the Marriott Hotel opposite ORR. The flat is on a top floor with good view. I have rented from the owner as a semi-furnished flat at 66k including maintenance, and planning to furnish it completely. I will be moving in from end of January / Feb 1. Cost (per head) - A) Rent - 66k / 3 = 22k including maintenance originally, B) You will have to buy / rent a bed and mattress (rooms have cupboards) C) You could contribute in furnishing the living room / kitchen or pay 25k as rent monthly and I will furnish the common area and buy all necessities like washing machine, dining table, sofa, TV, Refrigerator, Microwave (I am in for a longer run) D) Brokerage - 66k / 3 = 22k E) Miscellaneous - Maid, Cook, Electricity, Wi-Fi etc. I am a 32 year old bachelor from Northern India, and have spent majority of my adult life in south / central India. I work in Credit Risk department of an International Bank. I am looking for 2 male / 2 female flatmates to occupy the two rooms in this 3BHK (P.S. sharing one common bathroom). You have to have an experience of living independently and this should not be your first time out of your hometown.
