Basic amenities like, Wifi, gas, washing machine, induction and kitchenware are available. The flat has a huge hall with a good size balcony that has an epic view. The other room is occupied by a male friend, he is comfortable with working or wfh people. So looking for a chilled out human, even a couple would be great. The furniture in the available room is rented so you can choose to continue or it can be sent back.
