Good society with amenities, no restrictions, parallel to Balewadi high street. This is a master bedroom with attached washroom and exclusive balcony. Balcony is as big as the room. Flat is unfurnished but I’ve furnished my room with double bed and an almirah, which I’m planning to sell for dirt cheap price. So, if interested just get your luggage. Besides, we also bought kitchen utensils and the kitchen is well setup. Cook comes twice a day and prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Househelp comes daily and even cleans the washroom bimonthly. Rent - 28000 equally divided within 3. So even though you get a master bedroom you won’t be paying any extra charge. Brokerage - 8500 since I’ve paid and you can charge the same amount to next tenant.
