3BHK Furnished Sharing Flat for Boys in Chembur, Mumbai
Posted by : Vishnu Naik Hi! We are looking for a replacement ( male single occupancy) in a 3 BHK flat at Alta Vista, Chembur - a gated society with upcoming amenities. It's a new flat (we are the first occupants) on the 5th floor. All rooms have ACs and individual washrooms. The flat generally has everything in place - fridge, washing machine, microwave, well stocked kitchen, etc. The rent is only 20-22K a month. No brokerage. BKC is 10 mins away. If you're travelling south, the fort / colaba area is 30 mins via the Eastern Freeway. Lower Parel is very feasible to travel too. Looking for the replacement asap. No CHAT. Please call me directly if you are interested.
