It's a new flat (we are the first occupants) on the 5th floor. All rooms have ACs and individual washrooms. The flat generally has everything in place - fridge, washing machine, microwave, well stocked kitchen, etc. The rent is only 20-22K a month. No brokerage. BKC is 10 mins away. If you're travelling south, the fort / colaba area is 30 mins via the Eastern Freeway. Lower Parel is very feasible to travel too. Looking for the replacement asap. No CHAT.
