Only one-month refundable security deposit. No brokerage. Hang out Area and separate common areas for socializing. No hidden charges. Lock-in period of 3 months Additional info: you can vacate any time by giving one month's notice and we will fully refund your deposit. Prices are as follows: Single room in a fully furnished 3BHK: 25000/- per month Triple Sharing with Balcony: 15000/- per month Triple sharing: 14000 per month Triple sharing: 13000 per month Electricity bill to be borne separately based on consumption among several beds occupied at 11 INR per unit (All the prices above are inclusive of meals i.e. Breakfast and Dinner) Maintenance charges:- Sharing rooms- 599 per month One month deposit is required at the time of inception of the contract (fully refundable)
