The room available is the master bedroom with attached washroom.
The details are as follows:
Available move in date: 1st June 2023
Rent: 17k (your share)
Security deposit: 34k
Washing machine on rent: Rs 800 per month - to be divided equally.
Electricity @ Rs 11/unit (Full power backup from Owner’s DG)
Maid/cook/grocery/wifi/other consumables- to be equally divided among the two.
One time kitchen setup cost- Rs 3500 (gas, cylinder, utensils are not provided by the owner: you may redeem it from your replacement whenever you leave)
Plus we have a dedicated backside entry gate and a porch.
