Parts of Saket to consider
| Area | What it's like |
|---|---|
| Near Saket metro and Select Citywalk | Malls and offices, higher rents |
| Saket blocks (A to N) | Builder floors and DDA flats |
| Said-ul-Ajaib and Neb Sarai | Village-side, much cheaper |
| Towards Malviya Nagar | Markets and more rental choice |
Saket and Malviya Nagar stations on the Yellow Line connect to Gurgaon and central Delhi. Also see flats in Vasant Kunj and flatmates in Delhi.
Before you pay anything
- Visit the flat and meet the owner in person. DreamAcco verifies the poster's mobile number by OTP but doesn't inspect properties.
- Ask whether you are dealing with the owner or an agent, and check ownership documents or an electricity bill in the owner's name.
- Confirm the rent, deposit, maintenance, water supply and parking, and read the leave and licence agreement before signing.
- Ask the owner whether tenant police verification will be done.
- Never transfer a token amount before you have seen the place, and get a receipt for every payment.
