DreamAcco is a technology platform that facilitates communication for the purposes of advertising and distributing information pertaining to shared flats, full flats, PG accommodations, and hostels across India. We do not endorse, market, or promote any listing or information, nor do we at any point come into possession of or engage in the distribution of any information or services posted on our Platform.

While interacting with other users on DreamAcco, we strongly encourage you to exercise reasonable diligence — as you would in traditional offline channels — and to apply good judgment before committing to any property transaction. DreamAcco does not facilitate or promote any financial transactions through the Platform, and no one is authorised to collect service fees on behalf of DreamAcco.

You agree that your listings, postings, chat messages, and information:

• Shall not be fraudulent, misleading, or pertain to the sale or rental of illegal, counterfeit, or stolen goods and/or services.
• Shall not pertain to goods or services of which you are not the lawful owner or do not have the authority to list.
• Shall not infringe any intellectual property, trade secret, or proprietary right of any third party.
• Shall not contain material expressing bigotry, racism, or hatred based on age, gender, race, religion, caste, class, lifestyle preference, or nationality.
• Shall not be obscene or contain any indecent representation of women as defined under the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986.
• Shall not contain spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes in any form.
• Shall not distribute viruses or any technologies harmful to DreamAcco, its infrastructure, or its users.
• Shall not offer goods or services whose dealing is prohibited or restricted under any applicable Indian law, rule, or regulation.
• Shall not be placed in an incorrect category or geographic area of the Platform.
• Shall not violate DreamAcco's Listing Policy or any law of the Republic of India.
• You consent to receiving communications via email, call, or other electronic means related to services provided through the Platform.

Use of DreamAcco is available only to citizens of the Republic of India who are 13 years of age or older and who are capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable law. DreamAcco is not available to persons barred from using the Platform by any law currently in force.

If you access DreamAcco on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you are fully authorised to do so, and that all listings, postings, and information placed on behalf of that entity are your responsibility.

You agree to inform us if you encounter any listing or posting that is offensive, violates our Listing Policy, or infringes any intellectual property right. Please report such content by emailing us at flatandmates@gmail.com.

DreamAcco reserves the right to remove any posting or listing, and to limit or terminate our services and take all reasonable technical and legal steps to prevent misuse of the Platform. In the event you encounter any problem with the use of our Platform or services, please report it to flatandmates@gmail.com.

You agree that in the event your listing, posting, or information violates any provision of these Terms or our Listing Policy, DreamAcco shall have the right to terminate and/or suspend your membership of the Platform and refuse access to any person acting on your behalf.

The Platform contains content including Your Information, DreamAcco's own information, and information from other users. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute any content (other than Your Information), DreamAcco's copyrights, or trademarks without prior written consent.

When you submit content as part of Your Information, you grant DreamAcco a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right and licence to use, reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display such content (in whole or in part) worldwide through the Platform and on any affiliated websites, publications, or mobile platforms. These rights are necessary for DreamAcco to host and display your content.

If you believe there is a content violation, please notify us at flatandmates@gmail.com. DreamAcco reserves the right to remove any content where there are grounds for suspecting a violation of these Terms, our Listing Policy, or any third party's rights.

You agree not to hold DreamAcco or any of its officers, developers, employees, or agents responsible for your listings, postings, or information. DreamAcco, its officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any misuse, illegal activity, or third-party content, as most content is generated directly by users and DreamAcco has no role in its creation, publication, or distribution.

DreamAcco does not guarantee the accuracy or legitimacy of any listing, posting, or information by other users. DreamAcco shall not be liable for any loss of money, goodwill, or reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform or as a result of any rental transaction with other users.

By using DreamAcco, you agree to the collection, transfer, storage, and use of any personal information you provide on the Platform. User data is stored and controlled on servers located in India. You also agree to receive marketing communications from DreamAcco unless you specifically opt out in writing by contacting us at flatandmates@gmail.com.

DreamAcco may use information shared by you to provide customer support and to identify other services or features that may be of interest to you.

DreamAcco may share personally identifiable data with its agents, affiliates, or associates — defined as any person directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by, or under common control with DreamAcco, including its subsidiaries and associate companies — strictly for the purpose of providing Platform services.

DreamAcco may update these Terms or the Listing Policy at any time and will notify you of such updates via a notice on the Platform and/or through email communications. Updated Terms shall come into effect either at the time you place your next listing or posting, or upon notification, whichever is earlier. Your continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. DreamAcco's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
